Welcome to the 2026 West Texas & Rodeo online entries! Please take a moment to read the following before beginning. Make sure to read all rules, both general and those pertaining specifically to your division, prior to entering.
We start each year new, so your previous login information will not work. You must click “I am a new exhibitor”. Fill out the information requested. Names and other information will appear in reports exactly as you type them, please use capital letters appropriately. Enter your phone number in this format 5553335544. Under Department choose "Creative Arts". Next choose your division and fill out the required information
You may save your cart and come back to it at a later time. Make sure to SAVE before closing out as your information will be lost and must be re-entered.
You may enter as many or as few entries as you desire during each login session. At the end of the session, go to My Account and click the View/Print button below the instructions. This will take you to the screen where you may print the packing list or receipt.
